Summary
Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act Reauthorization of 2018
This bill reauthorizes the Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act (FLTFA). It also includes as exceptional resources under such Act resources of recreational access and use. The FLTFA provides for strategic federal land sales by the Bureau of Land Management to fund high-priority land acquisitions and funds land conservation projects that increase public access for outdoor recreation, hunting and fishing, and conservation of wildlife habitats.
