Summary

Border Patrol Pay Parity Act

This bill increases pay rates for U.S. Border Patrol agents.

The bill specifies that the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) must increase the minimum rate of pay for GS-12 Border Patrol agents by at least 14%. It also directs OPM to increase pay rates for other grades, levels, occupational groups, or similar classifications as specified by the Department of Homeland Security. 

The increases must be made on or before January 1, 2024.
