AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- RHODE ISLAND CERTIFICATION STANDARDS BOARD (SEE TITLE 16 CHAPTER 97 - THE RHODE ISLAND BOARD OF EDUCATION ACT) (Extends the time period to for all teachers to demonstrate proficiency in knowledge and practices of scientific reading and structured literary instruction from the 2023-2024 school year until the 2025-2026 school year.)
