AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- OPERATORS' LICENSE -- SAFE ROADS AND MANDATORY INSURANCE (Allows the division of motor vehicles to issue driving privilege cards and driving privilege permits, to applicants unable to establish their lawful presence in the United States.)

AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- TRANSFER OF VEHICLES (Extends from twenty (20) days to thirty (30) days, the period of time that a newly purchased motor vehicle may be temporarily operated, using the purchaser's current licenses plates.)
