Summary

This bill allows a state to include in a single risk pool: (1) children enrolled in a state plan under the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP); and (2) children enrolled in a health insurance buy-in program that is run by the state and provides, at minimum, benefits identical to those provided under CHIP.
