"New Jersey Design Professional Self-Certification Act"; requires DCA to establish design professional self-certification program.

Requires health insurance and Medicaid coverage for family planning and reproductive health care services; prohibits adverse actions by medical malpractice insurers in relation to performance of legally protected health care services.*

Imposes 2.5 percent corporate transit fee on taxpayers with allocated taxable net income in excess of $10 million under CBT.

Increases annual assessment on net written premiums of HMOs from five percent to six percent.

Appropriates $5 million to the Department of State for Cultural Projects.
