MINORS – Amends and adds to existing law to prohibit certain materials from being promoted, given, or made available to a minor by a school or public library and to provide a cause of action.

PROPERTY – Amends existing law to provide that a foreign government or foreign state-controlled enterprise shall not purchase, acquire, or hold any interest in certain types of property in Idaho.

IMMIGRATION – Adds to existing law to provide for the enforcement of federal immigration law by governmental entities in this state.

CAPITOL BUILDING AND GROUNDS – Adds to existing law to authorize the director of the Department of Administration to control the use of the roadways adjoining the Capitol building.

ADMINISTRATIVE RULES – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding the legislative review of administrative rules.

APPROPRIATIONS – OFFICE OF THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION – Relates to the appropriation to the Office of the State Board of Education for fiscal years 2023 and 2024.
