TAXATION – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to provide for income tax rebates, to provide for a cash transfer, to revise individual and corporate income tax rates, to establish and create the in-demand careers fund, and to provide sales tax distributions to public schools.

CORONAVIRUS – Adds to existing law to establish the Coronavirus Pause Act to prohibit certain actions related to coronavirus.

CITIES – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding city annexations.

APPROPRIATIONS – PUBLIC SCHOOLS – CHILDREN’S PROGRAMS DIVISION – Relates to the appropriation to the Public Schools Educational Support Program’s Division of Children’s Programs for fiscal year 2023.

APPROPRIATIONS – OFFICE OF THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION – Relates to the appropriation to the Office of the State Board of Education for fiscal years 2022 and 2023.

PUBLIC RECORDS – Amends and adds to existing law to provide for public records requests, to provide for public records requests to the legislature, and to remove unnecessary verbiage.
