Summary
Accessible Instructional Materials in Higher Education Act or the AIM HIGH Act
This bill provides for an independent commission to develop and issue voluntary accessibility guidelines for postsecondary electronic instructional materials, including to ensure students with disabilities are afforded the same educational benefits provided to nondisabled students.
