Summary

Change Order Transparency for Federal Contractors Act

This bill amends the Small Business Act to require an agency, with respect to solicitations for the award of a construction contract anticipated to be awarded to a small business, to provide a notice to the prospective bidders and offerors along with the solicitation about the agency's: (1) policies or practices relating to the timely definitization of requests for an equitable adjustment, and (2) past performance in definitizing such requests.
