Summary

Child Abuse Accountability Enhancement Act

This bill requires that retired pay otherwise payable to a member of the uniformed services shall be paid by the military department concerned to another person to the extent expressly provided in a child abuse garnishment order. "Child abuse garnishment order" means a final court decree that provides for garnishment to enforce a judgment rendered against the member for physically, sexually, or emotionally abusing a child.
