Ms. Brownley of California (for herself, Mr. Crowley, Mr. Gallego, Mr. Takano, Mr. Kilmer, and Ms. Velázquez) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs


A BILL

To amend title 38, United States Code, to eliminate the period of eligibility for the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment program of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Reduce Unemployment for Veterans of All Ages Act of 2018”.

SEC. 2. Elimination of period of eligibility.

(a) In general.—Section 3103 of title 38, United States Code, is repealed.

(b) Clerical amendment.—The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 31 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 3103.
