Summary
Advancing Procurement Technical Assistance Centers Act
This bill authorizes Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (i.e., entities that help businesses obtain and perform defense contracts) to form an association to pursue common interests. If more than a majority of centers form an association, the Department of Defense shall recognize the association and work with it in various capacities.
