To amend the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 to repeal restrictions on onshore wind and solar.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Comprehensive Legislation for Expanding and Advancing Nonrestrictive Energy Act” or the “CLEAN Energy Act”.
SEC. 2. Repeal of onshore wind and solar leasing restrictions.
Paragraph (1) of section 50265(b) of Public Law 117–169 (43 U.S.C. 3006(b)) is repealed.
