Mrs. Kiggans of Virginia (for herself and Mr. Levin) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs

A BILL

To amend title 38, United States Code, to increase the amount of survivors' and dependents' educational assistance provided to an eligible individual pursuing a program of education at an institution in the Republic of the Philippines.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Increase of Department of Veterans Affairs educational assistance for programs of education in Republic of Philippines.

Section 3532 of title 38, United States Code, is amended—

(1) by striking subsection (d); and

(2) by resdesignating subsections (e) through (g) as subsections (d) through (f), respectively.
