- designates the Central Louisiana Corridor, the Central Mississippi Corridor, the Middle Alabama Corridor, and the Middle Georgia Corridor as high priority corridors on the system; and
- expands Interstate Route I-14 within the Central Texas Corridor, the Central Louisiana Corridor, the Central Mississippi Corridor, the Middle Alabama Corridor, and the Middle Georgia Corridor.
