Summary

Water Reuse and Resiliency Act of 2021

This bill reauthorizes through FY2026 and revises a pilot program of the Environmental Protection Agency for alternative water source projects. The program, which was established under the Clean Water Act, provides grants to states, local agencies, private utilities, and nonprofit entities for alternative water source projects to meet critical water supply needs.
