Tribal Health Care Protection Fund Act
This bill provides additional FY2021 appropriations for the Indian Health Service. The bill requires the funds to be used to (1) replace lost reimbursements from third-party payers; and (2) restore funds that were used to prevent, prepare for, and respond to COVID-19.
