This resolution (1) appoints Representatives Raskin, DeGette, Cicilline, Castro, Swalwell, Lieu, Neguse, and Dean, and Delegate Plaskett, as managers to conduct the impeachment trial against President Donald Trump; (2) requires the Senate to be informed of the appointments; and (3) authorizes the managers to exhibit the articles of impeachment to the Senate and take other necessary actions.
