Inclusive Clinical Trials Act
This bill provides for Medicaid coverage of routine patient costs that are associated with participation in certain clinical trials; coverage includes items and services that would otherwise be covered under Medicaid absent the patient's participation in the clinical trial, including with respect to trial complications.
