To prohibit the use of Federal funds to establish a Disinformation Governance Board.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Prohibition on establishment of a Disinformation Governance Board.
No Federal funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available to the Secretary of Homeland Security may be made available for the establishment of a Disinformation Governance Board.
