To prohibit the use of Federal funds to establish a Disinformation Governance Board.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Prohibition on establishment of a Disinformation Governance Board.
No Federal funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available to the Secretary of Homeland Security may be made available to establish or fund the activities of a Disinformation Governance Board.
