To amend the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 to reauthorize the Muscle Shoals National Heritage Area in the State of Alabama, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Muscle Shoals National Heritage Area Reauthorization Act”.
SEC. 2. Reauthorization of Muscle Shoals National Heritage Area in the State of Alabama.
Section 8009(j) of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (54 U.S.C. 320101 note; Public Law 111–11; 123 Stat. 1282) is amended by striking “the date that is 15 years after the date of enactment of this Act” and inserting “September 30, 2036”.
