Summary
State Elections Preparedness Act
This bill authorizes the Election Assistance Commission to waive matching funds requirements for states that receive election security grants. Such grants are available to states to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus (i.e., the virus that causes COVID-19) for the 2020 federal election cycle.
