Summary
Protect Our Women and Waive Emergency Requirements Act or the POWER Act
This bill waives state matching funds requirements and related reporting for specified family violence prevention and services grants for FY2019, FY2020, and the duration of the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) public health emergency.
