AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- RHODE ISLAND HOUSING RESOURCES ACT OF 1998 -- NEW SHOREHAM AFFORDABLE HOUSING ELIGIBILITY (Increases the percentage of area median income from one hundred twenty percent (120%) to one hundred forty percent (140%) only for New Shoreham residents to make more households eligible for affordable housing.)
