Small Contractor Stability Act of 2020
This bill raises the caps on sole-source contracts for specified small businesses, and it temporarily authorizes a federal contracting officer to award sole-source contracts to specified small businesses if the award prices for such contracts will not exceed maximum permissible amounts.
A sole-source contract is a contract that may be issued without a competitive bidding process.
