Amend KRS 403.212 to require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to establish a child support obligation worksheet; define "obligor"; make changes to child support obligations; create a new section of KRS Chapter 403 to define terms; create a parenting time credit; amend KRS 620.090 to require the court to make specific findings if there are reasonable grounds to believe a child is dependent, neglected, or abused upon completion of a temporary removal hearing; amend various statutes to conform; EFFECTIVE, IN PART, January 1, 2023.
