Summary
Moms Maternal and Behavioral Health Screening Access, Treatment, and Task Force to Expand Innovative Models to Reduce Maternal Mortality and Severe Maternal Morbidity Act of 2020 or the Moms MATTER Act of 2020
This bill establishes the Maternal Mental and Behavioral Health Task Force and directs the Department of Health and Human Services to award grants to eligible health care entities to support innovative models of maternity care, including group prenatal and postnatal care models, designed to reduce racial and ethnic disparities in health outcomes.
