A BILL

To amend the Consolidated Natural Resources Act of 2008 to extend the authorization of financial assistance with respect to the Niagara Falls National Heritage Area.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Niagara Falls National Heritage Area.

Section 432 of the Consolidated Natural Resources Act of 2008 (Public Law 110–229) is amended by striking “the date that is 15 years after the date of enactment of this Act” and inserting “May 8, 2038”.
