Summary
Responsible and Efficient Agriculture Destination Act
This bill modifies exemptions from service hour requirements for drivers transporting agricultural commodities who are within a 150 air-mile radius from their destination.
The bill allows this exemption to be utilized yearly rather than only during planting and harvesting seasons.
