Summary

Department of Defense Principal Cyber Advisor Empowerment Act of 2021

This bill requires specified cyber officials in the Department of Defense to be designated from among the personnel of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. The bill applies to the officer to serve as Principal Cyber Advisor and the officer to serve concurrently as the Senior Military Advisor for Cyber Policy and as the Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor.
