Student Data Counts Act of 2019

This bill requires the National Center for Education Statistics to collect, analyze, cross-tabulate, and report on information from the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) or a successor system that is disaggregated by race. Such IPEDS data must include those racial groups specified in the American Community Survey of the Bureau of the Census.
