Maritime Security Accountability Act of 2017

This bill amends the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 to include in the annual Department of Defense Freedom of Navigation Report under the Freedom of Navigation Operations Program the types and locations of excessive maritime claims by a country that have not been challenged by the United States under the program.
