Summary
Manufactured Housing Community Improvement Grant Program Act
This bill requires the Department of Housing and Urban Development to award grants to manufactured home communities for projects that protect the health and safety of community residents and the long-term sustainability of the community.
To be eligible for grants under the bill, a manufactured home community must be affordable to low-income and moderate-income persons.
