Summary
Clean Energy for All Homes Act
This bill make the tax credit for residential energy efficient property refundable after 2022. It also requires that residential energy efficient property placed in service after 2022 must be installed by a qualified installer. A qualified installer must provide an owner of a residence with certain information, including a written receipt of the purchase and installation of the property and an installation identification number.
