Summary
Youth Summer Jobs and Public Service Act of 2019
This bill directs the Department of Labor to award grants to states to help local areas with high concentrations of eligible youth to carry out summer employment programs to provide those youth with summer employment opportunities directly linked to academic and occupational learning.
