Defense Cybersecurity Personnel Authorizations and Inventory Oversight Act of 2019
This bill requires the Principal Cyber Advisor of the Department of Defense to study and report on the optimal strategy for structuring and manning elements of (1) Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber organizations, (2) Joint Mission Operations Centers, and (3) Cyber Operations-Integrated Planning Elements.
