Summary
Defending the Integrity of Voting Systems Act
This bill broadens the definition of "protected computer," for purposes of computer fraud and abuse offenses, to include a computer that is part of a voting system and (1) is used for a federal election, or (2) has moved in or otherwise affects interstate or foreign commerce.
