Give it Back to the Taxpayers Act
This bill requires appropriations for Member's Representational Allowances for the House of Representatives that remain at the end of the fiscal year to be deposited in the Treasury and used for deficit or debt reduction. The Member's Representational Allowance is the budget authorized for each Member of Congress in support of the conduct of official and representational duties.
