Summary

Carbon Utilization Act of 2018

This bill modifies several Department of Agriculture (USDA) programs to authorize additional grants, loans, and loan guarantees for carbon utilization technologies, such as carbon capture, utilization, and sequestration; and biogas systems. The bill also requires USDA to establish: (1) a carbon utilization education program, and (2) an interagency biogas opportunities task force.
