Summary
LNG Permitting Certainty and Transparency Act
This bill directs the Department of Energy to issue a decision on an application for authorization to export liquefied natural gas within 45 days of the later of (1)the conclusion of the review to site, construct, expand, or operate the liquefied natural gas export facilities required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969; or (2)the enactment of this bill.
