Summary
Reducing Opioid Risk Act
This bill amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to expand the authority of the Food and Drug Administration to require a drug manufacturer to inform health care providers about state and federal regulations for controlled substances, including the partial fill option.
