Better Data Sharing to Combat the Opioid Crisis Act
This bill allows state Medicaid agencies, to the extent permitted under state law, to: (1) access prescription drug monitoring programs (PDMPs), (2) facilitate access to PDMPs for Medicaid providers and managed care entities, and (3) share accessed information with such providers and entities.
