An amendment numbered 17 printed in Part B of House Report 116-154 to require the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with other relevant agencies, to study the threat of international mobile subscriber identity-catchers, also known as cell-site simulators, to U.S. Government personnel and national security and provide a report and policy recommendations to Congress.
